Thank you for shopping with Personalized Paper! Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with intention.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or carefully assembled in-house to ensure the highest quality.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Personalized Paper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Personalized Paper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping
At this time, Personalized Paper primarily ships within the United States.

International shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
